We wanted to demonstrate that a 12V power supply could deliver the performance typically expected from a 24V system. While most industries use 24V, we chose to test at 12V to evaluate the low power consumption of the printer. This ensures that the printer can continue to operate even when disconnected from a power source, potentially running on a battery.

Our testing includes QR codes, print quality, and various functions of each element. Unlike other companies that test the finished product directly, we focus on testing the thermal printer module. Our mechanical engineer reconfigures the printer into a test module for greater flexibility.
